Does smoking help with constipation, pooping, gas, digestion

The truth is the opposite. Smoking causes bloating, constipation, and hampers digestion. It’s a myth that quitting smoking causes constipation. Some people say smoking helps them poop. Please understand that having an ample amount of nicotine in the blood is the natural state of being for smokers.

Smokers get up with low nicotine levels in the blood as there has been a gap of some 8 hours since the last smoke. Smokers need to smoke to gain their natural state of being to work and feel normal. So smoking is not about constipation, smoking is essentially about getting back to their natural state of having an ample supply of nicotine in their bloodstream.
